Sales training: what negatives you can add up to spice your presentation, and really5 make your prospect buy

 Our sellers and staff encounter rejections and negatives when they make sales calls to prospects.   We have many satisfied buyers who are happy with their ownership of memorial park lots


People buy lots for their end.  That is the truth, all that live and are born, eventually return their elements to the Earth.  That is inevitable.  There could be no denial

There are negatives and loss on the part of the prospects who do not buy NOW:

2.  The special offer of promos:    low dp, 0 interest, low down payment;

5.   The lower price now that is being offered.   There were memorial parks offered at P30,000 three years ago now priced at P70,000.   Unbelievable.  Its an appreciation yes.  But it means the prospect has to shell out more to buy the a lot.

This is true.  There was a lawyer who approached me to buy a lot for his father.  He was former mayor of the town, had a distinguished career and who wanted his father to be remembered in a memorial park.  He was so negative that we never reached a deal.  His beloved father, although his family was a distinguished one, being related to former Vice President was to have the municipal cemetery to be his forever home

Think about these things when a seller from our Park visits your place to make an offer.

The power of negative sales presentation, of negative lessons

 We learn most from problems,   We learn when it harms, hurt us, cause pain.   So maybe prospects get in when we present negatively:

     1.   A picture/video  of decapatitated men who slammed into a window panel he didnt see. It could have been protected by a thermo elastic film that prevents such an incident.

     2.  Video of a break in, rape in a home without cctiv alarm system

And more.


    This post started his class by asking group presentation from groups on how to commit a crime.   Most of the time they get it.  The way you plan for a good and bad business are the same. 

    So occasionally use the power of negative statements and examples in your presentation>


1.  What happens if the head of the family did not a get a memorial plot?

2   Isnt it embarrassing?

3.  What do you lose if you did not get this product/service?   What do you lose if do not buy now? 

     Loss of nice locatiaon;    loss of price difference

Dont sell because we still have problems

This post encountered a temporary head assigned in Southern Tagalog who said:    " We have plenty of problems so let us not embark on a sales program"   To make her point she convinced some sales director to petition stoppage of sales program.   This post countered with threat of blacklisting and calling up the sales director one by one

Let us compare a company with a person.  If a person has say asthma, that does not mean he stops breathing and living.   He has to continue his physiology, the bio chem and metabolism, to produce energy, waste products and poop.   Life goes on as in company.  We have to continue selling, having cash flow and  paying payables and suppliers.

This post is glad that person, who perceived herself as a favoritte of the successors, can engage in politica and powerplay.   We are glad she transferred to another company to spread her negativism and bad mindset.    There is another person who has the same perspective from the family.

Sales makes the ecconomy grow and continue.  We cant stop selling and filling the needs of people.
