We sold because of price of ps of marketing.  Old price promo.   People want to economize people still want it cheap.

However many defer buying and rush when prices. go up.   

One marketing staff voiced this idea that people buy when its cheap.  However we are left behind by competitors in pricing.  Most of them are selling 2x our current price.

This can be counter acted by recongizing that price is not TLP but the cash outlay in the beginning.  Thus no dp and longer payament period is the counter atttack

However price is not only the way we can use to sell.  Focus on benefits and value.    Emphaize the emotional value of having a memorial park as a ultimate sign of love for a dearly beloved.   There is no other way of memorializing the life of a dearly beloved.

Simplicity sells, focus creates more wealth

It has been observed:

1.  Conglomorates minding multiple businesses and  products do not succeed.  ITT for instance is an example.   Complexity drains management attention and enegy

2.  Multibillionaires are focussed on certian thing they understand:

      1.  Bill Gates -  OS and software
      2.  Apple -   Iphones
      3.  TSMC - fabs
      4.  Nvidia -  gaming chips
      5.  FB -    soc media

     Other acqquisitions on strange products birng them down

3.  Steve Jobs first job when he returend to Apple was to remove other products and empty the table.  Just focus on 4 products

4.  If your sales talk is longer than 5 seconds, you cant sell.  Complex sales talk distracts and confuses the prospect.

He did not go for new products, grand strategy.    He asked about the idea of success of being great from his employees.  It was no longer the same.    The espirit de corps declined.

So what did he do?

    1.  He closed all stores for a day
    2.   He retrained his barista
    3.  He fixed the lay out and furniture of his store.
     

That is why Singapore Airlines retrain its air crew once a month.    

We should mind our morale, spend a deal on training and fix ID of our office.

Maybe we can improve our sales.
