He did not go for new products, grand strategy. He asked about the idea of success of being great from his employees. It was no longer the same. The espirit de corps declined.
So what did he do?
1. He closed all stores for a day
2. He retrained his barista
3. He fixed the lay out and furniture of his store.
That is why Singapore Airlines retrain its air crew once a month.
We should mind our morale, spend a deal on training and fix ID of our office.
Maybe we can improve our sales.
