It has been observed:
1. Conglomorates minding multiple businesses and products do not succeed. ITT for instance is an example. Complexity drains management attention and enegy
2. Multibillionaires are focussed on certian thing they understand:
1. Bill Gates - OS and software
4. Nvidia - gaming chips
5. FB - soc media
Other acqquisitions on strange products birng them down
3. Steve Jobs first job when he returend to Apple was to remove other products and empty the table. Just focus on 4 products
4. If your sales talk is longer than 5 seconds, you cant sell. Complex sales talk distracts and confuses the prospect.
