Why there are zero sales? Lack of certainty

Read and grow rich. Learn and earn

Jun Igot and the Wolf of Wall St are in concurrence:  LACK OF CERTAINITY.

When the prospect says he will consult wife, lawyer, bumalik ka na lang, it indicates that you have not done your job well of creating certainty in the mind of the buyers.

Ask further questions what are not clear, what bothers the prospect, what was not explained well.  (At the same time temper this because its also bad to  over explain

Your goal until the closing is to bring the head of the prospect above the water of UNCERTAINTY

You can build that up by:

1.  Having a nice appearance
2.  Product mastery
3.  Speaking well
4.  Being authoritative

4 pillars of enduring sales system - Jun Igot
