Interest on being successful, and betterment of financial status

SUBJECT:   BEING INTERESTED IN SUCCESS, AND RAISING FINANCIAL STANDARDS OF LIVING

1.  One of the reasons why we are here is to follow the mandates in Genesis to gain dominion of the creations of the earth, and to gain dominion over the earth.  One of them includes being vessels of graces and gifts from the Lord to the fellow men.

2. In giving jobs, it is the mission of the leaders of business to provide decent standards of living to the staff.  Thus this post looks for project and looks for endless ways to increase sales and reduce costs

3.  Various offers have been made through the years and even in 2025:

   1.  To increase salaries;
   2.  ORC
   3/  Com for sales of funeral service and cremation
   
   However there are targets to be made and performance

4.  There are several cases of sbu where instead of striving to earn livelihood the honest way they stole money from the company.  That thievery deprived various stakeholders of the Php stolen:   fellow employees govt, jv partner, suppliers, the govt.  Such is condemnable and deserves a stay  in burning hell.  Hindi ba naniniwala sa impiyerno at paghuhukom ng Dios?

5 IF YOU ARE ALIGNED WITH THIS MISSION IN LIFE, did you are you:

      1.   Engaging in critical thinking ie like being disciplined on clarity, communications and action?

      2.  Faithful in submitting daily reports:    text (arrival, attendance, wsf)  abstract, treasury work?

      3.  Having targets  What is your target for the month, week, daily?   Are you determined in achieving these targets.?  WHAT IS YOUR TARGET FOR HAVING ADDITIONAL INCOME?

    4.  Are you improving everyday?   (Reading books, google for the daily news, exercising, ?  )That is your GREATEST RESPONSIBILITY TO YOURSELF AND IN YOUR JOB>

New Heaven and Earth - New Commandment

Nothing comes except through the will of God.  In the past we had daily reading of the Scriptures,  Now nothing happens this way.  There are no more:

    1.  Am talk and PE
    2.  Daily text reports
    3.  Weekly PE
as this post interviewed staff.  The SBUs lost their being FAITHFUL  (SBDWAP)

Today was the Gospel for love:    loving the neighbor as themselves

1.  This post has started the love by establishing these businesses and making sure that the business operate well to continue doing good for the community, for the nation:   - the customers, the LGU which needs taxes, the agents and suppliers and contractors

2.  Love has to be non conditional not based on logic and feeling
Love ceases when there is a search for reason.

3. Gods love for us non conditional:   not based on beauty, race, creed, color of skin

4.  We teach gospel not by words but by our action (St. Francis de Assisi

5.  Every one should think as others are as VESSELS of love of God.
Gods grace and kindness flows through us

6.  When there is love (and passion) everything:   the process, the actions, the inputs follow.  We develop faster and better when we do others for love (as medicines san frontier -  MDs without frontier, Mother Teresa.

7.  Most are selfish and put their interest vs other and or love only the lovable

THERE HAS TO BE A NEW HEAVEN AND EARTH.  Love of work, love of what we are doing, and the organization and the team.  Is this happening

Managerial and Business Development are nothing more than self improvement

SUBJECT:    MANAGERIAL AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT  are nothing more than PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Goals;    1.  To promote personal improvement and development
               2.  To grow the entire organization

Reality:   1.  Its not happening;   our services and sales are going down
                     park appearances are lousy, interments report are not forthcoming
                     and they stink

               2.  "God makes all things beautiful; in his time?'   Many MPs have
                  been surprised with spot checks and they do not appear well

                 Our expenses for maintenance:   FFE, salaries re staggering
                 and yet we have not maintained our standards

              3.  We must improve everyday.  Peter Drucker said that managerial
                development is nothing more than personal improvement.   Business
                 development does not involve hiring high falutin five number
                 business development assistants , but involved constant deisre
                 to be better than before personal improvement

              4.  A former supervisor who became EVP of large pharma emphasis that
                the biggest responsibility of an employee towards himself and his
                employer is TO IMPROVE HIMSELF

             5.  Peter Senge in his book 5th Discipline wrote that one of the 5 disciplines is "personal improvement"

             6.  One small improvement daily is 365 in a year, 3,650 in 10 years.  Quite
                an achievement

             7.  Such an organization cant be defeated and will be progressive

OPTIONS:

      1. Send employees to Graduate School of Business
      2.  Send to seminars
      3.  Encourage self improvement;  -  to be better than yesterday
      4.  Promote from within to those who improve themselves

  1.  We have handbooks and blogs.  Ask people to read them
  2.  Ask them to summarize and reward those in accordance with our guidelines
      40 summaries:   (contents:  what did i learn, relation to what I knew before
      how can I apply in my job} and promote.  Apply our HR Management policies

    Priests dont undergo seminars or other other studies (some do they take up masteral or doctorate) but most develop themselves through meditation and self renewal.
