the biggest responsibility of an employee towards himself and his
employer is TO IMPROVE HIMSELF
5. Peter Senge in his book 5th Discipline wrote that one of the 5 disciplines is "personal improvement"
6. One small improvement daily is 365 in a year, 3,650 in 10 years. Quite
an achievement
