    2.  IN wakes
    3.  House to house

3.  HOW

    1.  Give a gift/promo item to those who will respond say in 48 hours
    2.  Offer say the following coupons:

       "If you respond in the next 48 hours for a presentation or tripping, we 
         give you the following vouchers:

         LAWN LOTS    P1,000.00
         SSN                    2,500,00
         GE                      5,000.00

        Provided this an online response, no agent.

       This is applicable to the DP, cash purchase or first no dp MA

       Put a clock counter to generate more urgency.
