1.  Be a great communicator

    2.  Read and memorize word tracks.   Maybe they are only 3 -5 sentence long only
    3.  Establish rapport.  Establish relationship.
    4.  Be friends with your prospect.    People love to shop but not being sold to or buying

2.  Make it easy for them to say yes.  Focus on positive.  Always mention word yes.  Remove problematic negative statements

3.  Ask probing questions that are related to dominant need, their background and what makes them think

4. Make it difficult to say no.  Laed conversation into positive.   Control the conversation

5.   Make it their own ideas by using pencil and white board or yellow pad.  Show comparison.

  Sir:

 I am sure that when you went to this yard/show room, there something troubling or deficient in your car.  If by any chance there is not a 100% satisfaction with your car, would it be ok if you tell is what you are looking for (find the dominant need)

Give him your viber, whats app, etc where you can ber contacted

4.  Then follow up and or send him her more information on the need of the prospect:   are there discounts, promo special offer

5.  Be ahead of others, be better than competition by employing this tactic
