Selling, basic essential for business

If we dont sell we dont eat. Selling is an essential of everybody who works in business 

A business is an entity that creates customer. It is done through selling

All activities from research, product development, engineering manufacturing disteibution, logistics all are in support of selling.

We continue to sell despite problems and challenges from within and without. There is no other choice. We continue to walk despite illness.

1.   How to Close

2.  Its like Goal Setting, begin with the end in mind

3.  Establish an expectation, that you will try to close or get the item that he/she needs

4.  Limit options, maybe just two.  Too many options confuses the prospect

5.  Remove the closing from your mind as if this is a a big burden to you.

6.  Stop selling and closing  We dont like selling or closing we like to shop

7  We like to shop

8.  We like to shop with friends.   So employ how to win friends and influence people
     Befriend the prospect.  SHOP

Insane ownership needed to be wildly successful in sales

Read and grow rich. Learn and earn

We know that if we dont change and expect outputs/outcomes to be different this is insanity.   
One of the changes is about ownership.  Insane, intense ownership.  If we view things as routine and outside of our comfort zone, we cant move forrward nor succeed.

We know this from MESEL of Starbucks.  Make it your own You  must think like an entrepreneur.  Your job is your business.   And you own it.   You need the job to make ends meet, have food on the table.  For those who have experienced, not having food on the table is the worst experience you can have.
