3.  Establish an expectation, that you will try to close or get the item that he/she needs

4.  Limit options, maybe just two.  Too many options confuses the prospect

5.  Remove the closing from your mind as if this is a a big burden to you.

6.  Stop selling and closing  We dont like selling or closing we like to shop

7  We like to shop

8.  We like to shop with friends.   So employ how to win friends and influence people
     Befriend the prospect.  SHOP

9. Dont pressure rush prospect
