2.  We decided to continue and have the concerned sbu:  submit their marketing plan and answer to questionnaire not later than Wednesday.  Penalty:   10%
     penalty/discount if beyond Wednesday, 20% penalty discount if beyond Friday.  IN marketing, the deadline is yesterday.  We begin the campaign by March
     16.

         3.  Weekly report of COBS and less P500.00 for dirty park smelly toilet, tall grasses, overflowing trash cans
         4.  Faithfully observing routines:   uniform, ID, am talk, daily text gmail reports, answering DM, gmails
         5.  Full recruitment of plantilla
